    I can't seem to find anywhere where they mention how armor affects your speed when you have a base land speed of more than 30ft per round. For example, if your base speed is 60ft and you're wearing full plate, is it then cut to 50ft (-10ft) or 40ft (2/3 base speed)?

    Bugbear with powerful build

    I was looking at the bugbear, and I think they're a good candidate for powerful build. I think it would probably add +1 to the level adjust, and possibly 1 to the CR for a bugbear, but IMO it fits the species. They are nearly as tall as half-giants and stronger to boot. Opinions?
