    Creating a shared psicrystal?

Just which personality/skill bonus did the psion choose for his psicrystal anyway? If 'getting a free feat out of the cohort' is an argument against it, it makes a difference whether that feat is effectively skill focus: Knowledge (nobility) or skill focus: Concentration.

    Any WIS based arcane casters?

It's not a good class, but the Adept NPC class is a WIS-based spellcaster which gets a number of normally arcane spells on its spell list. Not inappropriate to a troll, either.

    What's wrong with Mini-Centric?

IME minis are expensive, fragile, and obviously don't adjust to whatever the scale is on my map (whether it's a sketch or something I downloaded off the internet). As you may guess I don't use them much.

    Origin of Slang Term "Boni"?

On a mailing list I'm on, people for whom English isn't their native language tend to use the tem boni as the plural for bonus, and malus as the opposite of bonus. Grammar ninjas have no power over them.

    Common half-races as 1st-level feats

Core half-elves get low-light vision; the other bonuses offered by your elven blood feat are minor enough that adding low-light vision shouldn't be a problem. Darkvision is IMO a much more powerful ability though, I wouldn't suggest adding it to the dwarf blood feat. Maybe a nerfed version of...

    Control winds moves with caster?

I expect you're right that a strict rules interpretation is that the area is immobile. I'd think that it should be possible to use this spell to propell a ship though, so I'd say that in that case at least it should be possible to attach the area to the ship.

Approximate cost to make a magic item activation "swift"?

If you're starting from scratch, a 5' reach increase is sorta similar to a martial script of the Burning Brand manoeuver in ToB - from the ToB cards download on the Wizards website, You can get a price for this in ToB. For more than 5', you're on your own I'm afraid.

Approximate cost to make a magic item activation "swift"?

The first thing I'd compare this to would be the quicken spell metamagic. So, if the original effect was similar to a 2nd level spell, that'd be 6th level if quickened and the price would be increased by a factor of 11 (6*11/2*3). If that didn't look right I'd borrow a copy of the magic item...

    dark vision

Those goggles are based off a 2nd level spell, darkvision. I'm sure I've seen a first level spell somewhere which grants low-light vision; an item based off that spell would be correspondingly cheaper.

quick exotic weapon / weapon finesse question

Spinning Sword, from Secrets of Sarlona. Looks like a metal whip, stats similar to a shortsword with reach like a spiked chain. It's a one-handed (not light) but finessable weapon. It definitely looks cooler than a spiked chain.

    Teleportation-like spells?

Dimension leap, in Magic of Eberron - 2nd level, teleports you 10'/caster level. I think there's some psionic power which does something similar.

    adamantine question

I think the neverwinter nights computer game gave a damage bonus to adamantine weapons as sunder/hardness aren't relevant to that game.

    Critique my Warblade please

Another way of dealing with the problem of foes at range who you can't reach is to take the bloodstorm blade PrC. It's desiged for warblades irritated by this problem.

Replacing XP cost with ability damage

Nice idea; I'd make all the costs for spells which might be cast in combat be multiples of 2 though, on the basis that otherwise some casters would get a 'free' limited wish per day and others wouldn't, frex. IMO Awaken should give a penalty to INT (I'd avoid using the term 'damage' to avoid...

    Wildshape before 5th level

Shifters get (very) limited shapeshifting, which can be enhanced by any number of shifter feats if that's what you're into.

    The FAQ on Sunder ...

Isn't a Sunder attempt essentially an attack made on an object? Why, logically, would you be able to attack people multiple times but not objects multiple times? I can see the argument about not allowing an AoO, but this one puzzles me.

Dear WotC - You suck at names.

The problem with some of these names is that they're really similar to some which have been well and truly used. Shadowfell? Shadowdale & the Shadowlands' are already mentioned, Shadowmarch is a book by Tad Williams, Shadow's Fall is a book by Simon Green I think, and there must be a hundred...

Harpoon: delusions of grandeur or DM nightmare

I agree with this one, except that a harpoon could just as easily be based off a normal spear as a javelin. Using Sunder to mitigate the effects just puts off the problem until the player finds another way around that (adamantine-hafted harpoons?)

Feat for full-strength bonus in offhand?

It might be a class feature rather than a feat? Revenant Blades (PrC in PGtE) get this as their 5th level ability when using a double scimitar only. I wouldn't be surprised if there are other PrC's which get it also.

    Name this item!?

It looks a lot like the Undead Controlling power which can be added to a suit of armor (DMG).
