    Undead Fey

Killoren are a 0 LA Fey introduced in Races of the Wild. I'd rather not houserule that his particular character is affected when other Fey aren't, and I'm certainly not going to open up things like Vampirism to Fey at large... Good input though, thanks.

    Astral Skiff

Arms and Equipment Guide has rules for flying ships (magical and mundane) that would be perfectly fine in 3.5. The Astral Skiff itself is in the Planar Handbook I believe.

    Undead Fey

So I was thinking about an encounter I'm planning for my PCs this weekend in which they will encounter a large number of undead. There is usually the potential for some PCs to aquire (whether they like it or not) certain templates via such encounters. I know some of the PCs could end up as...

    Power Attack with two-handed weapon

Oops, that's what I get for not having my books with me. Thanks for the correction.

Are crit only weapon abilities worth it?

Or maybe the fighters aren't always munchkins?

    Power Attack with two-handed weapon

Ogres are CR 2. Are the 10th level PCs gaining any XP for them? (I'm at work and don't have my DMG.) Seriously, this is a strawman argument. Compare that 10th level fighter to a CR 10 monster and you'll have a much better argument. At best, he'll be forcing Death from Massive Damage saves...

Are crit only weapon abilities worth it?

People seem to be ignoring that the "burst" weapons don't only function on a crit. They're a standard flaming, shocking, etc. and they have a special crit ability. They're perfectly fine the way they are.

    Cleric's turning ability + paladin's turning ability

[b]Vurt already provided the answer here folks...

    Liquid Light

No, a 20' radius is defined by the game. It's not actually a 20' circle, it is a radius that extends out 4 squares in every direction from a corner the caster designates. If the spell is cast on an object, you can pick which corner of the square that object occupies to determine the center...

Getting a bonus feat you already have

I said it wouldn't be a significant houserule, not that it was the RAW. Of course, YMMV.

    Liquid Light

Yes, but a "potion, flask of oil or vial of acid" has a defined and finite volume. Any time you cast a spell onto an object that can be damaged, then you are going to run into a similar problem. The closest source for rules on "how much damage, dispersion, melting, etc." is to use the rules for...

    Liquid Light

A volume of liquid is not a single object, so it's not a valid target for the spell any more than "the atmosphere" would be a valid target to create light everywhere on the surface of a planet. If you were to rule that you could cast light on liquid, you'd have to say that a specific amount was...

Getting a bonus feat you already have

Complete Arcane and Complete Adventurer both have PrCs that say "if the character already has this feat, select a different one instead." IMO, it would not be a significant houserule to say that applies across the board.

    Arcane Combat Medic?

Certainly not, the whole focus of his character has been to get to that point, and he's spent feats (and presumbably skill points to meet the other Pre-requisites) to acheive that goal.

Need stats for a disease not in the SRD: Rabies

A disease should never grant a bonus to stat, otherwise barbarians/fighters traveling with a Paladin will be infecting themselves with Rabies all the time, and that's just silly. Perhaps reduce it to 1d3 Wisdom and 1d2 Constitution if you want the disease to act more slowly, but increase the DC...

Glove of SPECIFIC Storing -- how much?

That depends entirely on your class. I imagine a wizard would much rather have a wand, scroll or potion stored than a weapon. I also imagine that a fighter with this glove would rather just take quick draw and store a potion in the glove as well. In fact, I just plain disagree with your second...

Dwarv & Heavy Armor & Movement

This sentence explicitly says that a Dwarf's speed is not reduced due to heavy armor. If it's not reduced, than a Dwarf barbarian in medium armor is moving at 30'. To say that his movement is only 20' is to say that his speed is reduced by the armor he's wearing, which is obviously not the case.

Glove of SPECIFIC Storing -- how much?

I agree, the item you are describing is much better than a regular Glove of Storing, but with the limitation of only a specific item (which is usually the case with a regular glove of storing). You have several options for pricing, bear with me and follow along, or skip to the last paragraph...

Need stats for a disease not in the SRD: Rabies

I'd say 1d6 Wisdom and 1d4 Constitution per day sounds about right, given the onset and symptoms. The feral aspect should be roleplaying advice and not actually make the person Rage (since that's almost always a benefit).

Dwarv & Heavy Armor & Movement

You're right, that's how it should work.
