kobolds are meant to be that fodder that can be mean to the lower level characters, but once you get even moderately powerful, they stop being even something to notice. Unless you take the 100 kobold challenge: 100 kobolds scrounge up a few hundred gold, and dig a freaking huge cavernous...

well, if you have to frontliners, cohorts, or whatever, just pump their intimidate. If you invest enough, intimidate can be hard to resist, so you could potentially just gang up on large bad guys and cause them to panick for easy pickings.

I don't have any custom items, but neat work. Isn't the rapier's ability once per month of a first level spell make it pretty much just +1 rapier? :D

If they teleported, I'd say it moves towards them at 150ft. per round, it might take it a while, but it'll get there eventually. Same thing if they move faster, it just follows, even if it's being left in the dust. At least...that's my reading.
