And the cloak? Weylan will typically be scouting within a 50' orbit of the party as he's a whole lot sneakier than NR.

I believe it was indicated earlier that it was magical, but like the cloak we've no idea what it does. :)

Weylan takes the save, taking a few moments to make sure he's clear on how & how often it needs to be applied then fastens the cloak about his shoulders. Then he turns and asks the native party members, "So, where do we find these goblins?"

PDF wasn't a convenient format for me to read, but I just got a link for a second book (Old Man's War by John Scalzi) and one of the options was Mobipocket which plays more nicely with my phone. File appears to be DRM free as they never collected my device ID (which is how mobipocket DRM works).

I'm a little turned off by the -6 Int penalty on the Heucuva template. I didn't see a LA listed on the Bone template; what LA would you think fair? Given Necropolitan at +0 I wouldn't expect more than +1 or +2LA.
