I'm with Blackrat. I'd cost it at about the value of an Efficient Quiver + 100 adamantine (10 "days" worth) arrows. i.e. 7800gp or so. Probably round it up to an even 8000 to account for the Silver & Cold Iron arrows.

You should be clearer what types of attacks Vengeful Buffer allows you to reflect. Is it your intent to allow a Disintegrate ray to be reflected? Also, how do you determine if the attack hits the new target?

I saw the movie, then read the book and enjoyed them both muchly. The movie doesn't follow the book to the letter, but I thought it held fairly true to the spirit of the book (with the possible exception of the ending).

For all the faults in the books, I'm pretty sure a competent screenwriter could produce a compelling, PG-rated series based on the storylines in the books. Now we just have to see if it actually *happens* that way. :p

I believe that Quickened spells & SLA's were retconned to be Swift actions when the Swift action was defined and published (in Complete Arcane I think?) so you couldn't use both a Quickened SLA and an Immediate spell in the same round. 2nd: Yes. That works just fine.
