    If the threads from the General boards are correct, Divine Power got changed, its a +6 enhancement bonus I believe. So no more getting 18 automatically anymore it would seem.

    Well as far as I know, Andy Collins didn't design 3.5. He is in charge of it though . Somehow I doubt he sat and just added what he wanted, ignoring what the playtest groups said(Even more I doubt WotC would let somebody ignore what the playtest groups said and just add what they wanted)

    If you mean to let them reduce rest time but not give them back spells-then thats fine-I have no problem with it. I don't agree with those people who say they can rest for 2 hours then recover their spells, adventure for 6 hours, rest for 2 more, get all there spells back again ect.. ect...
