I think I read somewhere that 1xp = 12.5gp... I remember now... Item creation... If item cost 100gp = 50gp + 4xp therefore 12.5gp = 1xp... I'd use that to keep things relatively balanced. Hope this helps, William Holder

If you want to get people to stick with the fighter make a few feats that get better the more fighter levels you take. Most people dipping into Fighter do it for either 1 level or they hang around until level 4. Greater Weapon Focus and Great Weapon Specialization are not attractive enough...
