I agree, the bladesinger has one too many feats required for entry. As written, you can't even enter the class until 10th level, unless you take fighter levels, and I see no reason to restrict the budding ranger/sorcerers or whatever. 3 feats should be enough requirements for most prestige...

You could always just give everyone a hp boost - maybe 10 or 20 extra hp. If everyone gets the same bonus, nobody will feel cheated.

Especially with a high strength bonus and a good enough composite bow

NPC's don't really need the leadership feat - you can go ahead and give them as many mooks as they need. :)
