I believe there's a Sharn soundtrack CD that comes with every copy of the S:CoT sourcebook. As for my personal suggestion, if you also don't mind some techno elements in your music, I highly recommend ALL the Ghost in the Shell soundtrack albums (the same composer behind Cowboy Bebop). :p

Not much. I stick to the fluff side of the adventure but modify the technical aspects such as encounters and NPCs to suit my taste. ;)
