As the DM, my power-gaming players LOVES to have flaws....we don't use traits. Just flaws (bonus feats, baby). In a parody campaign set in FR, i even allowed one of my players to have 8 flaws...so he was known as Humph the Flawful. It was really funny. As a Player, I liked the class variants...
