Even if i had created a character based on flavor of his home region, i still wouldn't spend a feat just to label myself as 'from here...' And i agree some of the regional feats in FR were either quite powerful or quite useless. At least, we haven't gone into talking about starting equipment...

It was Dungeon 100 for me, Knights of the Lich Queen. No doubt about it. Although i have read through Iron Lord and Pulp Fiction which i wouldn't mind giving them a shot if i had the opportunity. I wanted to adapt Iron Lords into a fantasy setting.

I rather like to see those regional feats convert into some sort Traits system like in UA. Besides, i think Eberron has already a nice segmentation of feats, what with the shifter and warforged feats and all...having regional feats would just make feat choices more complicated...
