Yeah, this is what I try to do now. People get so supercharged about their opinions that it's just a deluge of emotion before you ever go into the movie. I recently started going to movies as blind as possible and have started to find my love for them again in this simple act.

I saw it as (1) she was short on resources, (2) she was recruited blind, (3) she did mention she didn't want to hurt anyone and the Hood soft-sold it, blinding her with money, (4) she is very arrogant and focused a lot on her goals and getting what she need...

They meant nothing before Endgame. They retroactively called the 'phases' and that's the only reason the others seem to fit. A lot easier to define something after the fact.

I don't know... I love the different take on Riri and the Hood. Both of them I didn't really care about in the comics. The twists they did really made them resonate with me. And I definitely want to see more of Natalie.

A combination of the two. Ezekiel Stane does exist in the comics, but doesn't have a relationship with Ironheart. But Mephisto doesn't either. He also was raised to get vengeance for Obadiah Stane on Iron Man, so I liked that twist, along with the fact that he wasn't arrogant like in the comics.

His soul is already forfeit. There's no reason to claim it prematurely, when he can leave him around to cause misery in the world. That's been how I've seen it handled in most media dealing with soul bartering - it happens at the time of death.

I liked a lot of it. There was a lot of it that was surprising. Yet for all that was good about it... the ending still fell a bit flat to me.
