Are you choosing one of each class? or trying to decide on one character?

For Wizard I would say Divination because portent and Abjuration because arcane ward For Cleric I would say Light Cleric because it's like a much tougher Sorcerer but still has all of the Cleric's goodies and Tempest Cleric because it's the best and most well rounded domain IMO

It'd be a good dip. You could use medium armor and the Defensive fighting style for extra toughness too.

The Ranger class, particularly the UA revised version, is really not bad at all. I think Hunter is pretty strong ESPECIALLY for a martial multiclass dip. Natural Explorer, Fighting Style, and Horde breaker are all strong features.

Oh I see. So a Barb brutal crit would be 3d12 Greataxe or 5d6 for Greatsword, but a regular crit would be 2d12 Greataxe and 4d6 Greatsword.

I thought with a Maul or Greatsword, you only got to reroll one of the d6s on a crit(which I always thought was dumb) which gives the Greataxe an edge when factoring in crits 2d12 > 3d6

What is your Wis? I don't think I would dip until maybe Level 12 if at all. Levels 9, 10, and 11 just offer stuff that's too good to pass up or wait on.
