I seem to recall someone once asking about a complete list of playable races. Did anything ever come of that? Did it include source of race?

Follow-up question: Is there any 3.5 source that says that touch spells aren't valid? With the bump up to +6, I don't see why the restriction is needed.

I have been looking at the Persistent Spell feat and it seems to me a bit vague. Is there any guidence on what exactly constitutes a fixed range? I would assume anything that wasn't Range: Close, Medium or Long would qualify provided they weren't instantaneous or discharged.

The question has probably come up before: How specific does a readied action have to be? If you are readied to attack any foe that comes within reach, would a two-weapon fighter have to declare which weapon they were going to use? Does a caster readying to cast a spell have to say which spell...

How does the rest of the group feel about this person? Would there be trouble if he was booted? As far as that solving the problem, there is every possiblity that one of the others would be a more apparent problem if he was gone.

Have you sat them down and explained to them the kind of game you want to run? Have you told them you are not having any fun?

Are they not following the plot hooks?

I would think that applying the consequences one could logically expect from the actions of PCs would be sufficient to cut down on the worst of the behavior. *edit* assuming you mean incharacter behavior, of course.
