It depends on the pact. Fey pact? You are hidden by illusory camouflage. Infernal pact? You are shrouded in darkness. Star pact? Space bends around your eyewateringly non-euclidean geometry so you appear to be not there. Well, you are there, but not in the regular 3 dimensions.

I think people generally have the idea of curvy swords being all wicked fast, while straight swords are more prosaic and meant for sword-and-board.

As much as looooove putting an 18 into a score, I do like the 14 14 14... arrays. With the racial mods, that gives you one or two 16s, and you probably qualify for any feat you're likely to take.
