While humans have been written well, and some excellent human characters do exist, I am tired of them dominating almost every campaign setting, and don't have it in me to hate any of the other races(Except dwarves, but they make good comic relief). Also, they seem to be the powergamer's choice...

Personally, I think the human race is the most evil influence on children, and all others too, so they should go after humans. A species that was responsible for so many major wars(And all the stuff those people go against as well) should be eliminated. So, for there to be no evil influences...

Personally, I roll a d20, and then add my DEX mod, and if I have it, +4 from the improved initiave feat.

The DM has little concept of game balance, sadly. If another player doesn't say anything about it, I'll allow it.
