    Feats a Warlock should take?

Interesting... In general I'd say that they defintely do not become worthless. That's two feats for a +4 to hit in most cases! (+5 if they're in 30 feet). Of course, since you are a spellcaster making touch attacks with a medium BAB, they very well might be right. I almost never see warlocks...

    Mithra Buckler.....how much

Ah yes, the old mithril buckler. The only one who can't use it is the monk! (and now assassin, and anyone using a monk's belt). It's an awesome thing, and I'm pretty sure that the only reason it's not included in any standard equipment list is so that it won't be widely noticed.

What's Sci Fi Got that Fantasy Don't Got?

Oh, they can completely exist. However they generally don't. It's a thing in the entire Sci-Fi Genre. They ignore religion almost religiously. And a good thing to, by doing so they manage to avoid almost any religious conflict, they never contradict any religion, because they leave them all out...

    Magic Missle: overpowered???

At first level wizards often need that unerring auto-hit. The DR and no saves are to maintain it's viability at later levels, when the unerringness is no longer really an issue but resistances and saving throws become important. All spells cut through DR, I'm assuming you mean energy resistance...

    Feat Swapping

I can see that, should alter the game in an interesting way. Thought: Do you have additional rules/restrictions about feats that can only be taken at first level? The simple one is to leave it, say you can only take it then, you can drop one for a feat without that pre-req, but then you can...

    Impossible weapons

Oddly enough, this is defintely something I want to use to fill my swimming pool*. I do agree that I wouldn't then want to ever go swimming in it... but come ON! *Note: Only if I wasn't paying for it myself. And I could sell it later. Quite a profit there.

    Chain fighter

Emphasis mine... A good dex implies that you should get at least barbarian level TWO (at least if you're already going to barb one). Never underestimate the spidey sense of Uncanny Dodge.

    sorcerer/dragondisciple/psion

And, um... I'd like to point out that even then it's not actually a GOOD idea. Although I don't know about the Cerebromancer. But the MT, no, that one's not really for a main character. DD is mainly a fighter class. It requires the sorc (or spontanious arcane casting at any rate). There...

Sneak Attack + Wand of Scorching Ray vs. Cold Subtype?

Ah.. But to do exactly what the spell says it does then you absolutely must get temp HP from the damage you deal. Not from just what the spell deals, it doesn't say "you get this amount of health", but from sneak attack, unarmed, etcetera. From the damage you deal. Of course, I could completely...

    Heward's Handy Haversacks in Haversacks

I dunno. He's probably heard an equal amount of stories about people messing with "things Man was Not Meant to Know" and getting rewarded for it. After all, he's an adventurer. We're assuming a non-spellcasting adventurer at that. I figure he's either heard that this combo will blow up or he...

    Sneak Attack vs. Uncanny Dodge

Bingo! I see it as exactly like spidey sense. Of course, I also don't see it as any harder to avoid a potentially visible opponent that you don't see coming at you (flat-footed) than it is to avoid an invisible attacker that you couldn't possibly see coming, than it is to avoid an attacker that...

Ever had a Player Threaten you Like This?

To be fair I'd have a small talk with her now. Well, I *might* let it slide completely, depending on personalities, but in general it's best to go ahead and talk. You feel bad about how she came to you with this "request" (*cough*demand*cough*), and you want her to know that she can be free to...

Ever had a Player Threaten you Like This?

I'm not all that surprised. 1) People tend to over-react to things. For example, her letter threatening to quit! 2) DnD... tends to start out when you're young. When you're young there is a plethora of avaiable "friends", and you don't need any one in general. There are philosophies where you...

Ever had a Player Threaten you Like This?

Never. But then I give full XP for a missed session. My reasoning is that we're all older now, and the game itself is the reward. If you fall significantly behind in XP the game becomes less rewarding, and you don't really have as much incentive to play. I've found that "punishing" adults for...

Are fighters that specialize in spiked chain viable/survivable at most/all levels?

Well, I suppose to be fair I don't see cross class skills as being more difficult for the training you've been doing either. I see that as an arbitrary punishment to enforce stereotypes and/or preserve game balance.

    Heward's Handy Haversacks in Haversacks

By doing it, or hearing about someone doing it, or just knowing about spellcrafting (skill). Spellcraft, rumors, his sister was a tutor at the mage college... But I agree, in general someone shouldn't. Oddly enough, I think it should make them LESS cautious... So you remember doing that as...

Are fighters that specialize in spiked chain viable/survivable at most/all levels?

I'm not buying that exotic takes very special training... at least not in the "exceptionally difficult in comparison to martial training" idea. I do, on the other hand, see it as taking special training in the "difficult to access this training". And the feat pretty much represents finding a...

Allowing saves feat to stack, great fortitude ect.

Not to worry, noone could get higher than a monk could get with those feats, because naturally a monk with those feats could get higher than anyone else!! (Ignores fighters having more feats in general)

    Burial Rites

Yea, a few hours is a bit much. I'd make it at least a full day. And not until the *next* night. If you die in the day you get all day, all that night, all the next day and rise at sundown. If you die at night you are still dead that night, all the next day, and you rise at sundown. That way...

What's Sci Fi Got that Fantasy Don't Got?

Heheh... yea. The Mormon religion doesn't lend it'self to the type of close-mindedness that would be required to make such judgements about people. Hey! Cheater!! One of MY main points! Oh well, I suppose you did get there first. On an intellectual note, however, doesn't this make Sci-Fi more...
