    Elusive Target + Improved Trip

I have to disagree. I don't see the rules as written saying that you have to give up an attack first. If I'm missing some phrase, please point it out. But the phase that's there (...as if you hadn’t used your attack for the trip attempt.) doesn't qualify as saying you have to give up an attack...

raising or reincarnating someone with negative levels?

Very true. Allowing them to just go away would make it downright stupid to NOT kill yourself in some cases. For that matter, allowing them to just "wait" would make a similiar (but less attractive) loophole. If the odds are you're going to fail several times, you could get yourself killed...

    Elusive Target + Improved Trip

Ah, good point. I'm glad it was pointed out. However, while it's certainly a decent interpretation of intent, I'd say from a Lawful point of RAW view, this looks like a valid 'loophole'. Thereby placing this interpretation into a defacto 'house-rule'. Having used no attack is very much as if...

    spiked armor twf

True. However, if you take off one gauntlet, you could use unarmed and armor spikes! Ok, a minor point there. Still. Additionally, although it doesn't say, What about gauntlets and armor spikes? Could gauntlets be one light weapon and armor spikes the other? What if it's a spiked gauntlet?>...

raising or reincarnating someone with negative levels?

That would be my justification were I to go with that ruling (as I said above, I can see reasons to go with any of the first three). The negative levels aren't permanent yet, so they haven't been attached to the soul. The soul is no longer attached to the body, the body can't get negative...

    i need evil and insane.

Oh NO! I see someone linked the Redneck Tree. Even I have never sent that monster in. Of course, I have drawn up spell stats for Evards Spiked Tentacles of Forced Intrusion. "I'm not comfortable being grabbled there!"

    i need evil and insane.

Modified Rot Grubs (2E, I think). Normal Rot Grubs are just save or die. Instead of killing right away, these little grubs burrow into your skin and *breed*. More and more grow there. They're not a disease, they're an animal, so cure disease won't work. If you're fast and you amputate right...

    spiked armor twf

Armor spikes are perfect for that weapon that is not a weapon, doesn't necessarily use your hands, feet, head, teeth. I also recommend it if you're going for a natural attack build. Armor spikes count as a marial weapon, and if you can also get a slam/bite/claw/claw... That's your full BaB + 4...

    Elusive Target + Improved Trip

I agree with Leglidur that pendantic is almost the point of the rules forum (gasp!), however I wanted to point out in that spirit that the improved trip feat states: So the Imp Trip feat also refers to it as trip attempts, and says "If you trip an opponent in melee combat"... So by RAW the...

raising or reincarnating someone with negative levels?

I voted the way I would rule, but I wanted to comment additionally that I think options 1-3 are perfectly valid interpretations that I wouldn't have a problem with, but option 4 is just mean spirited, and *wrong*. Oh, and so is Frank's interpretation (Fort save without con modifier benifit)...

Wildshaped to BE human, of course. And we don't really role-play that. It's more story.

Adding more than 1 alignment on a weapon

Oh, well, um... Make sure they're third level then? Heheh. I don't let people go below 1 in that way, an item won't kill, so that didn't come up. It will shock the shock out of you though! As an alternative to the above suggested ruling, you could just stop anyone who says they'll wield it and...

    Awakened Animals

Actually, they've pulled that story due to "racist connotations". Yes, it would be lonely. Sometimes they'll awaken another of their species for a mate, but then, how to chose the right one? Will it matter? Won't you be getting someone that was, in essence, 'born yesterday'? And then there...

Do Psions get Psicrystals for free?

Of cousre, a better example of that would really be the crafting feats. THey "give" you an unlimited amount of gold. Sure, you have to pay some initial gold into it each time, and it costs XP as well, but there's no theoretical limit on how much gold you could get out of the feat.

Do Psions get Psicrystals for free?

Oops, you misunderstood my reference there. I was saying APAatT to reference my "power attacking" the post, and therefore 'swinging to quickly' and missing. You will miss a lot if you APAatT.

Do Psions get Psicrystals for free?

Oh yea, there are tons. I'll stick with one, just to example. Point Blank Shot: Gives you an unlimited number of +1 to damage/to hit each time you fire an arrow, whenever you're in 30 feet of your target. Sure, you only get it once per arrow (or 'missile') , but you get it an unlimited number...

Do Psions get Psicrystals for free?

I'm afraid Frank's correct here. The feat doesn't say, so the GM has to/gets to. If the GM says you get a new one, you do. If not, there's no mechanic listed for getting one, so there's no arguement. The feat does however, specifically allow you to get a new GM if your old one tries to pull...

    Persistent Spell - Abuse?

AAHHH! Get it off me, it burns, IT BURNS! Dayum, I'm gonna have to suggest that one at my next game session. Heck, why wait until then? I'm gonna email the suggestion right now. Aww... That's what I get for just simply not having the Persistant Spell in any game I GM in (but someone in a...

Adding more than 1 alignment on a weapon

In one of my favorite book/series (The Renshai Chronicles), a main character gets a sword called "Balance", which I would translate into being a Lawful/axiomatic weapon (Good and evil were lesser alignments in the stories world-view). I can also easily see a weapon designed to balance good and...
