I beleieve you can. Normally Power Attack doesn't work with light weapons. However, there is a clause in Power Attack that permits you to use it with unarmed strikes. And under "Damage Your Opponent" for Grapple, it says you treat the attack like an unarmed strike. So I would have to say yes.

In 3.0 there was a tactic where you could have a Tower Shield and use it as Total Cover, then use your BE weapon to attack through it and hit your enemy. Can't really do that in 3.5.

/my2cents Our group doesn't even use Leadership. It is more of a roleplay thing really. If you get high enough in levels and start to get recognized, people will seek you out and want to join you. No reason to take a feat for something like that IMHO. /my2cents

Not sure I understand the question. If you have an open slot, it is blank. There are no spells in it (so you can not swap a cure/inflict). You need to take 15 min to pray later in the day to get a new spell. At which time, yes you can Spontaneously cast.

Actually, it covers all LIGHT weapons, plus a few specials like Spiked Chain and Rapier.

Also, you can move more than 5' after casting the spell. You still have a Move Action left, so whatever your normal move is (usually 20 or 30 ft) you can move. Unless the spell takes a Full Round action to cast, then you are correct w/ only allowing the 5' step.

Max skill level (Max Skill RANK is the correct term actually) is always Your Character Level + 3. Some skills are cross class, and they will cost 2 skill points for 1 Rank. But again, Max Skill Rank is always Character Level + 3
