It is hard to give feedback on the creatures when they weren't created using the RAW though... Likewise, it's hard to tell you how the PCs will stack up against them because, they too weren't created using RAW.

Let's say you want to cast Inflict Light Wounds. Are you allowed to cast the spell, move up to an enemy, then touch attack them all in one round? Now look at something like Scorching Ray. Are you allowed to cast the spell, move into a better position, then fire off the spell?

If a character becomes blind (from a spell effect for example), can they be affected by gaze attacks? By the same token, if a character becomes deaf, can they be affected by sonic attacks?

They qualify for Acolyte of the Skin because it specifically states that an arcane caster of x level OR a Warlock can take that PrC class. There are some PrCs that specifically state the Warlock can take levels in it, and there are others that are intended for "pure" arcane casters.

I am not an expert on the Warlock by any means, but this is how I understand it to work. You can swap an invocation for another invocation of the same level (that is, least, lesser, greater). The restriction is that you can only do it to invocations that are 1 level lower than the highest one...

The only book I have (on me) which has "Quicken Spell-like Ability" in it is the Book of Vile Darkness. This feat seems extremely powerful when compared to say, Maximize Spell-like Ability. According to the BoVD version of Quicken, you can Quicken ALL of your spell-like abilities once per day...

I'm not too impressed w/ the Invisible Blade myself. I think they have to roll too many die. You're rolling an extra d20 (for Bluff) before every single attack (assuming you want to maximize on Sneak Attack). That's just a pain. And the natural 20 you rolled on your bluff/Feint attempt would...
