When you use Ranged Pin, does the arrow (assuming you use a bow and arrow with it) do damage to the opponent, or does it just pin them against a wall/tree/whatever? Is the opponent considered grappled? Or pinned? If so, do they lose their Dex bonus? If so, do they lose their Dex bonus to you...

It's a problem if you're a DM and try to stick with the "use 20% of the parties resources per encounter" rule. Since none of the Warlock's resources would ever be used up, except of course HPs... and possibly food/water if you were on a really long quest.

Not really. It doesn't even equal Chaotic, since the law of that land might be corrupt to begin with. At best, illegal = neutral.

Thanks... Another question. It is 1 dose to apply it to a weapon. What if I want to apply the poison to ammunition (such as an arrow or shuriken)? Is it still 1 dose per 1 arrow or can I cover 50 arrows (shurikens) per dose?

Yes they stack. No you do not get the do all the damage over again because Scimitar of Speed gives you one extra attack, and Hideous Blow requires a Standard Action to perform. You would still get Sneak Attack however.

Sorcerer's can get healing spells, according to page 54 in the 3.5 PHB. I'm not gonna type the entire quote out, but you can find it under "Spells" on page 54, second column, first paragraph.

The only 'problem' I've seen w/ Warlocks is that they do not suffer from any downtime. Normal casters can run out of spells, but Warlocks will always have SOMETHING meaningful to do should you continue to run into encounters.

Well this might be a silly question but, if Darkvision can see through darkness, does it also see through shadows? I know realistically there shouldn't be a difference between darkness and shadow, but this is D&D which has specific terms that have specific properties and meanings... So can...

The target for magic missile is "up to five creatures. An object is not a creature, therefore it is an invalid target to begin with. You can't even get the spell off if you plan on targetting something other than a creature. Just like I can't target a dog for Charm Person or a rope for Stone...
