My local game store said they couldn't order it through their distributor (I'm not sure which one they use). Fortunately, I found it at another gaming store. It has good stuff in it even if you just want to convert it to another system.

Gazetteer of the Known Realms (DCC#35) from Goodman Games has some great poster maps. They have 4 world maps, and a player's map. I recommend having them laminated, because while they are awesome, they will tear if you unfold them enough times.

I would use the D&D Gazeteer if I were you. It gives the world of Greyhawk without the annoying canon. Greyhawk was intended for you to make up your own canon.
