Mike Cortez, who hosts the d20 Modern developers list, posted on the Open Gaming Mailing List to expect the d20 Modern SRD shortly after d20 modern was released, so sometime in the next month?!

I started watching UFO again last night (I have the first 13 episodes on DVD) and have been thinking about putting together a few notes and maybe even an adventure or two.

Yes they should be updating their section 15. If anyone uses the Open content from the "One Word" books then AEG won't get any credit. I gave up a long time ago trying to explain to AEG about section 15.

I have just opened my copy of Creature Collection and section 15 is incorrect, they have not added a CC copyright notice(It was one of the first products, I am not knocking it). So if Wizards are only referencing the SRD in their section 15 (I have not seen the product) they are not violating...
