Hirst Arts: ORdering my first mold tonight.

I ended up getting #45 and #201, the dungeon builder mold and a floor mold. They were shipped yesterday and once I get them and start working on them I will definately post my results. I'm very excited and very much looking forward to this!

Hirst Arts: ORdering my first mold tonight.

Title says it all, I'm ordering my first mold, and I am planning on getting flagstone floor #260. I've seen a few people on here who have excellent results from hirst arts molds, and was wondering if this was the best idea for a starter mold. I am going to be getting a second and probably...

    Oots 426

The Xykon with Redcloak threw me off when he asked who the order of the stick was, but then again I don't guess Xykon expected them there. I just also realized that I don't even worry about the eyes in the shadows anymore. I just think of him as the shadowy hello kitty guy. Always funny at...

Ever had a player in your group throw a tantrum or worse? Most uncomfortable moment?

Yeah, I had one of those people that I invited to my group before, he turned out to be one of those people who just can't get into a game. He would get mad if he was killed, even though it was because he done something stupid.

    Dundjinni vs. Photoshop

I know Dundjinni is built specifically for making scaled maps, but I was just curious if it's better than using Photoshop. I am not an expert, but I would say that I have a decent grasp on Photoshop and its use, so I think I could do maps just as easy in Photoshop. I was just curious what some...

Building a PC, need some advice.

I'm going to to be building a PC and was hoping to get some advice from those who know better than me? I'm wanting to spend between $1,000 and $1,500. I want a mother board capable of dual video cards and dual processors, at least 1GB of memory and a couple high capacity hard drives put on a raid.

    I've finished reading Ptolus!

I picked it up at release and flipped through it using the page references to read more as I went. A couple weeks ago I started reading it again, this time front to back. I'm on the necropolis section. I want to try and read it a second time as well once I get finished.

looking for software to print battlemaps

OKay, I've been learning Dundjinni a bit and I'm trying to find a way to print my maps off like a battle-map/dungeon tile for use with miniatures. Can anyone recommend a method?

D&D 4E What Rules Do You Want to See in 4E?

I like this Idea, I also don't like the idea there are 10001 prestigue classes available that most players feel they have the right to take levels in them just because they meet the prereqs.

    NWN 2 toolset projects: Ptolus

I was just wondering if anyone has started a Ptolus project using the Neverwinter nights 2. I think it would be something interesting to see, and if someone spent enough time on it, it could be a pretty cool always-online module.

    Recomend games for Wii

I've not got to play this one yet, I'll definately see about renting it and giving it a try.

    Recomend games for Wii

My suggestions are these: Zelda (best zelda game ever) WarioWare: Smooth Moves. It's party games, like BBR said, just a bunch of mini games, it's pretty fun if you have a room full of players. Trauma Center: This is a pretty fun game based on surgery, but don't think it's any kind of sim at...

Gaming online, what should I use?

I've seen fantasy grounds, and I'm very impressed. That was a couple of years ago though, and I was wondering what other software is out there competing with fantasy grounds, and how does it all stand up to each other?

What would you do if someone died?

First let me say: I deeply regret your loss, life would be much easier if we didn't have to deal with such loss. That being said, I can relate: My closest friend, and one of the members of my gaming group who was always there, even if it was just the two of us, passed away a few years ago. If...

    the concept of time (dungeoncrawling)

Woas, you have just hit the proverbial nail on the head. That is why in game they travel for about an hour in the dungeon and are ready to camp again. I don't have a problem with the strategical hit and run to break through static dungeons, the issue is with my player's wanting to sleep not...
