Not really. Not officially. The Ultimate Magus was a pretty recent addition, mind you. And even then it's mixing two more disseperate elements of spontaneous versus prepared spellcasting. I wouldn't be supprised to see something like that for Clr/Dru in Complete Champion, however.

What Thanee's making reference to is the fact that regeneration does not work against suffocation. Thus, once something's beaten into unconsciousness, strangle it to death. Thus everything does once you beat it unconscious.
