Elven thinblade and elven lightblade are in the Complete Warrior. The thinblade and longsword have the same damage, with the thinblade having a 18-20 crit range. The lightblade is similar to a short sword, with a better crit range.

FYI, what you are talking about here is not "all according to the rules". You cannot become flatfooted in the middle of combat. Flatfooted only exists at the beginning of combat (as per the DMG). Yes, surprise rounds suck, but, they don't happen in the middle of combat.

Think of it as trying to keep the (mean) cold gods happy so they won't freeze your tushies off. Look at the Norse, Hel was (very) cold (the place, not the goddess). In the middle east, Hell is considered to be (burning) hot. Go figure.

Alu-fiends were/are female half demons, usually the duaghters of succubi. Cambions were/are male half demons. I use the half-fiend template to repersent them now, just tweak them a little, if needed.

I would have to say that it would be halfling body that is the form that comes back. I think is true because of the following: 1) the spell was cast in front of the halfling body. 2) the soul was reincarnated, thus making the halfling body the new true body. YMMV

As per the 3.5 Monster Manual, page 167, Creating a Lich, the DR is (Su) - so Antimagic Field would knida suck for the lich since any bludgeoning weapon would be effective against him.
