Sorcerers, when using metamagic, increase casting time to full round action. I beleive they meant that that does not happen when using Spell Fury.

Do you know where you got that chart from (what product)? Or, if you don't remember, can you scan and post the chart? Your list of transgressions and amount of change they cause would be nice too.

Considering that the first step in creating a character is to roll (or buy) your ability scores and the second step is to choose your race, you would apply the racial ability bonuses and minuses to the ability scores after using the point buy system.

As I remember it, the combined system you mention is Fuzion (yuck, I prefer my Hero system without R. Talsorian mixed in) while Cyberpunk 2020 is the d10 system (they didn't start calling it that until d20 came out, if I remember correctly).
