I know that some folks on these boards have switched from D&D's alignment system to D20 Modern's alliegance system, was it hard? What needs to be modified? I can see some of the spells being a pain. I would appreciate any help I can get in figuring out how to do this change. TIA.

Hyp, would you - as a DM - allow a cleric to use a Cure Light Wounds spell to attack an incorporeal creature? I do believe that it would (and should) work. As to the OP, I would allow the spell to work on the ooze but the ooze would gain no benefit from it. The spell does not require the target...

Why do they have to enter the city? If it is truley needed for them to enter the city (and in accordance with the paladin's code), then no warning would be needed because there would be no problem. If they needed to enter for some random reason, a warning would be proper.

There is one for glamer spells, but not for Illusions overall. The reserve feats tend to be less for the school and more for the descriptor (fire, cold, darkness, force, glamer, etc).

I find the Weapons of Legacy creation rules to be quite balanced. My group (with 4 DMs) uses these rules all the time and they may be better balanced than the DMG magic item creation guidelines. My group has broken the DMG rules numerous times and they have yet to break the WoL creation rules.

As per the section in the PHB on leveling up, skill points are assigned to your skills before feats are chosen, so I would have to say that the skill points from Open Minded (and Nymph's Kiss, sorry) can not be multiplied at 1st level. YMMV.
