Sad to say I would be so Down for a 4.5e.. Though mainly because I really don't buy the books anymore, as all the crunch is in the DDI stuff, and I usually either run modules, or refluff everything for my home games.

I think for WOTBS, depending on where you are in the module the best bet is to increase the number of creatures. You have 2 more players then what it plans for. That's an additional 40% of resources on the players side. I would think the simple solution would be to add 40% more monsters. More...

I do both, and I have to say the prep time is more for my own stuff, but not by much. 4E has seriously helped prep time.

That is a good solid review Black! I agree the skill challenges are the one thing that is kind of meh, in this module but to be fair skill challenges took me a long time to get dynamic myself.
