No I know if Exhaustion/Fatigue as well as levels of fear. It just fees like something is missing with Sicken/Nausea. It might be a few specific spells out there that mention them together, but it seems like they should not be totally disconnected.

Yes but as I understand it, that 2 lvls is only UP TO two levels below. The DM decides just how high a lvl cohort you ACTUALLY attract, and there is no guarentee you will attract the most powerful one you could have.
