If I remember right, Quagmire's was the first character sheet in the wiki. But it took me a while to get around to submitting him or entering the tavern, so I'm sure he's well down the seniority list counting by those measures.

I haven't seen anyone really itching to have a theme for their char the moment they come out, and I think that "themes only for some" is worse than "no themes", so YES.

I'm positively inclined toward this, but also willing to hang on a bit to see what the general consensus is.
