A BATMAN RPG Has Just Been Announced

Oh, great, and I suppose you'll be setting that frying pan in the Forgettable Realms! Why can't we get more cookware set in Greyhawk? 😤

...I feel like you're asking for something to go wrong if you name your ship "The Wretched."

    D&D 5E (2014) The New D&D Book: Tasha's Cauldron of Everything!

D'oh! That'll learn me not to re-check the OP before posting.

    D&D 5E (2014) The New D&D Book: Tasha's Cauldron of Everything!

Hopefully it's kosher to link to another site here; io9 has an interview with Jeremy Crawford promoting the book that drops some tidbits: With D&D's Next Rulebook, Character Creation Will Never Be the Same

An Official Hellboy RPG Is Coming!

I'll slide in before all the 5E complaints start to say that Hellboy is a natural fit for an RPG, with tons of great characters and lore to choose from. The franchise is probably not at its peak anymore, with the last movie bombing and HB himself , but it's a very rich and compelling universe.

D&D 5E (2014) Midnight: Legacy of Darkness announced at GenCon Online

It looks like at least the first Midnight Chronicles is free to stream for Amazon Prime members in the U.S. It... does not look promising.

2020's Diana Jones Award Goes to Black Excellence in Gaming

So how does this work with the trophy? Do all the winners get it for a weekend and pass it on, like the Stanley Cup?

    D&D 5E (2014) Beadle & Grimm's 'Legendary Edition' Curse of Strahd

I'm single and childless, it's just that "disposable income" part I need to work on.

RPG Crowdfunding News – TORG Eternity, Paranoia, GURPS, D&D Starter Set, and more

I really liked the publisher's last CoC project, so I backed this one (and I'm glad they've made enough to do an offset print run this time).

Congratulations to the 2020 ENnies Nominees

That Shut Up & Sit Down review seems to have caused a spike of interest in the game (it didn't get very far when I nominated it for Most Anticipated Game of 2020 here last year). I didn't realize it was such an influential channel!

Congratulations to the 2020 ENnies Nominees

I backed both Thousand Year Old Vampire and Witch + Craft! Clearly I am a trendsetter and taste-maker! Invest in squints at list of Kickstarter projects Eyra kicthen utensils for older hands and wrists for 2021 ENnies!

D&D 5E (2014) Icewind Dale Minis Coming From Wizkids

I think that's a twinga (chwinga? Heard it said on stream, don't know the spelling). Mischievous little creatures that were antagonists in the Game of Thrones cast game that Kate Welch ran. I might very well be wrong.

D&D 5E (2014) WotC Confirms Horror-themed Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden

In case anyone was curious, there was no product tease at the end of the stream. Also, if you wanted to know who the cultist in the Live RP turned out to be, it was . They were .

D&D 5E (2014) Icewind Dale Minis Coming From Wizkids

They showed it and talked about it a bit in the Beadle & Grimm stream, which is the only reason I was able to identify it.

    D&D 5E (2014) There's a Platinum Edition of the Icewind Dale Adventure!

On today's stream they did a (booze-influenced) Q&A, and they said it's the question they get most often. They would love to do digital releases, and WotC sees the value in them doing it, but the intricacies of various rights mean they can't.

D&D 5E (2014) WotC Confirms Horror-themed Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden

Opportunity for WizKids to put out a giant whale that you could fit the Falling Star sailing ship on top of. (Okay, a not-so-mini mini).
