Well, that Evil Eye fetish ain't really that good, except against minions which it can auto-kill. 2 - 6 points of damage (level 8 - 28 item) is not something to be cheered about and it only works when you get hit by enemy with CA. So you'll be taking far more damage than you dish out via it.
