An interesting premise for an article, squandered on a barebones analysis of spells by level. Yes, Talien, I know that a wizard can use "Stoneskin" to mitigate the damage of a pit trap. I though you were going to look into the system itself, silly me. A pit is spotted. How far can a lvl 1...

But for DMs who have no minis whatsoever (my case, for example), it's a great deal! So, yeah, I guess it's a better deal for some people than others.

For around 400 bucks you can get over 600 miniatures. That alone is worth it if you can afford it, IMHO.

Uh, I like that feat. I also think it's about time PF (or all RPGs, for that matter) discarded the alignment system. "Edicts" and "Anathema" don't sound like anything groundbreaking, but just distancing the system out of alignment is a noble goal in and of itself, IMHO.

Interesting. Seems to be a bit more deep than what I originally thought based on earlier news.

I'm a bit torn on this. On the one hand, TTRPGs go mainstream. That's both good and bad, yes, but I think mostly good. On the other hand, some kid is going to get this for their birthday, get all exited, and then they'll find out that you can't really learn how to play TTRPGs just from reading...
