As I don't see any reason to change the human or dwarven race, gnomes don't exist on lodoss, elves are done, and I highly doubt half-orcs are on lodoss.(Correct me if wrong) All that's left are meadow sprites and half-elves. I think lodoss half-elves should get a +1 to some other skill instead...

Fear of Melee combat is always a good one for a spellcaster or archery specalist.(Must make will save or run away whenever in melee combat, DC 10 when entered, DC 10+damage dealt after melee attack hits)

Not so acmite, people usually end up with all even stats in point buy regardless unless they want a feat like dodge or expertise, so they can't hide it like that.

Of course, if you use point buy instead, this is not at all an issue. It is not recommended if you roll stats, but in a point buy game it is perfectly fair.
