If you negate the disability, they stop being disabled. Again, see Daredevil, and similar characters.

I actually think the wheelchair there is pretty cute, since i feel very strongly about the fact that a "disabled" character who has supernatural/supertech that effectively completely negate their disability does not in fact count as "disabled" representation.

Suggestion is designed to be DM dependent to allow for a flexible power-scale depending on what is appropriate for your story. It's not "broken", and some of the actually broken spells should probably be designed more like Suggestion.

That's silly. Those ogres only exist because the DM decided they do in the numbers they do. There could be any number of them. It's the same with Dragons. You could have one just drop down and roast a level 1 party because "that's the "Real" World, it's not balanced by level" but that's not big...

I'd probably be fine with Large sized weapons on the condition of no Power Attack feats, that does make sense.
