Looks pretty good at a first glance. Form of the Lightning Lord needs some errata, though. It needs a +6 to its attack roll since it isn't a weapon attack.

I don't really like #27. I don't really look at it and think of grinding, shaking rock. I guess it's a fair representation of an earthquake, but I don't think it's really catastrophic. #46 captures it, for me at least.

On the contrary, I think they work pretty well. Gnomes are fey tricksters after all. Messing with people's minds fits perfectly IMO. Tieflings were once rulers of an diabolical empire, so mental domination seems right up their alley too.

It seems like the second build is specialised in telekinesis, and I expect one of the discipline focus powers will be similar to mage hand.

One interesting observation: The feat "Exchange Power" allows you to transfer power points to other people. That seems to suggest that at least one of the other psionic classes also uses the power point system. It would be a strange feat to required two psions/controllers in the same party...

Two PPs too, the Uncarnate and Cerulean Adept, and both are closely tied to the psion mechanics, granting power points (argh, another PP abbreviation!). There are quite a few feats too. I wonder if there's a multiclass feat... *goes back to investigate*
