One of the kids seems to have deleted the "Show Desktop" button on my quick launch bar, and I can't get it back. Does anyone happen to know how to restore it? (Yes, the Recycle Bin is empty). Thanks in advance. WtS

Fortunately, programs like Irfanview exist. Just open the jpeg/other image file with it, select File-->Save As and pick png or bmp. I'm not sure if you can set transparent areas with it, though. I just use it to make spiffy icons :)

If you haven't tried them yet, I recommend the Knights of the Old Republic series. Not D&D, but they seem to be sort of based on d20 Star Wars (which I've never played). Lotsa fun :)

The only two recent RPGs that I can honestly say I liked were Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Vampire:Bloodlines. Between those two, that ought to take care of two weeks' worth of spare time :P
