I'm not all that pleased with the Cyborg in Mecha Crusade. I'd like to see something more along the lines of Ghost in the shell. I'm fiddleing with Cyborg Template. I do think that there should be a similar mechanic to shadowrun for those with cybernetic implants who use magic.
