Probably haste cannot reduce the casting time for a Monster Summoning, because you cast faster, but the time the creature you summon takes to "travel" to your plane is absolute (fixed).

How similar is this to the Archmage? Is a Wizard only class or is "useful" for Sorcerers too? Some hints on prereqs and abilities?

If find the ELH issue is much more useful (for a greater number of people) than: - Halfing issue - Gnome issue - Shannara issue - Stronghold issue and so on... Probably you don't like the epic levels concept, but it covers any class, race and setting. The issues above instead are very specific.

What are the prerequisites for the Dweomerkeeper? The +1 spellcasting level is for divine casters only, or for arcanists too? I've read it uses metamagic in a new way (mantle and cloak of mysteries?). How does it work?

Just shift into a form with fast healing. At low levels, a Goblin from Monster of Faerun has 1 HD & fast healing. Polymorph doesn't get Ex abilities, so they cannot benefit from fast healing.

I guess the Dreadmaster of Bane and the Nightcloak of Shar will be reprint from Dragon. How many prestige classes will be new?
