When a creature has ... at will, I know they can do it as much as they won't, but what type of action is it. Can an imp attack and invisible "at will" in the same round? is "at will" a standard action?

I really like the half-dragon template class, it gives the chance for people with dragon in their bloodline to make it apparent over time. I've never allowed the template on a starting character, but that's just because I start characters at one, sometimes two or three.

So where is a good place to find a pbp game. I wouldn't want to really jump in one that's been going on for years, and is the turnover rate as bad as mirc style games?

When exactly is a grappler dealt damage as if from an unarmed attack. And with a monk grappling someone, is it still considered lethal damage?

Being a lazy DM, I find the easiest way to deal with this would just be situational modifiers. But that's just me.
