It's been so long since i've done point buy, and now I don't have a DMG, could someone tell me how it works? I'm thinking it's 1 for 1 up to 13 then 2 for 1 for 14 and 15, then so on and so fourth. I think the worst change in 3.5 is the new Weapon Size System, followed closely by halfing Spell Focus feats, and thirdly Wild Shape not granting all Supernatural abilities. Aside from these, the only other thing I can think of is that it takes just as much to specialize in Necromancy as it does...
