If you only get one of the old AD&D 2E Planescape books, get On Hallowed Ground. It's probably D&D's best presentation of what it's like to have multiple different pantheons all having to be neighbors, and it has some great material on how the gods relate to various other groups as well.

I'd allow it. Technically the creature is in another space, and what you're teleporting is just the entrance (i.e. the bag itself). Just be prepared for the GM to look very closely about the rules for how much air it holds and what happens if the sides of the extradimensional space are ruptured...

Interesting system that you've developed! I have to wonder if it would be worthwhile to turn the "epic trait" into a template or subtype when applied to creatures, though that's largely an issue of standardized formatting in the game engine more than anything else. Some other random...

I'm an OGL diehard myself, and while (if I had to be honest) I'm not sure if it'd ever happen, I'd love to see someone back-convert this to 3.5 or PF1, which it would need to be released under the OGL for them to do.
