Vascant, you're from the U.S., right? That complicates things a lot. Transfers to American banks from Europe are quite prohibitive due to all the banking fees. It may be worse if yours is a small bank that does not receive transfers from overseas directly, as each middle bank charges its own...

In the Netbook of Feats (ver. 11.2) there is a feat called Extra Rage. A feat by the same name appears in Complete Warrior. My question is: why is the NoF not in violation of OGC/PI rules, since all of the "Complete" series is closed content (as were the class splatbooks for 3.0)? Both feats...

The answer to your question is called Razing Strike, and it's not found in LM, but in CAdv. However, this is not a true sneak attack, rather a bonus to damage equal to your sneak attack value + 1d6 per spell level sacrificed (as the feat uses a spell slot).

That's not true. HoMM II had one expansion (Price of Loyalty) and HoMM III had two (or three if you count the fan-made Wake of the Gods, last updated Nov 2004).
