    But see here's the thing. Cyric WAS a mortal. Tyr has always been a god. Gods don't think the same way mortals do, so it is completely believeable that a god would fall for the tricks of a mortal turned god, simply because he doesn't have the same capacity to get his mind to think like Cyrics.

    From a pure fluff reasoning stand point I'd rule it as one damage roll for both. You're fireing both arrows at the same time with the same force not quickly shooting off two arrows.

    PHB pg 295 Lower than 10: You slip one step closer to death. If you get this result three times before you take a rest you die. 10-19: No Change. 20: Spend a healing surge. When you do so, you are considered to have 0 Hit points, and then your healing surge restores hit points as normal.

    Damage is besides the point. Concidering that the single most common use people are seeming to want to use it as is a minion clearer, using Strength, which leads to a better bonus to your attack rolls with it, is much better then using Con.

    Why in the name of all that is holy is a Dragonborn Fighter using Con as it's stat choice for its breath weapon? Also NO Dragonborn should want low con as they get to add their con modifier to their Healing Surge Value
