    Games-n-Fun in New Zealand?

Does Gotham have much in the way of RPG's these days however? I remember at one point they had a reasonable selection, but the last time I was there it was more or less just a comic store again.

    Games-n-Fun in New Zealand?

Wellington has a gaming store called Wargames Supply - http://www.wargames.co.nz/ and Christchurch has Comics Compulsion - http://www.comicscompulsion.co.nz/. Hamilton is the only city in which the Mark One name survived - http://www.mk1.co.nz - and is my local FLGS. (There's a brief mention...

I have a copy at home. I don't know if Amazing Engine/Bughunters counts as an 'obscure RPG' ?

AoW.TFoE: I think my PCs are screwed (spoilers)

Do the characters have any relationship with Allustan? In the next adventure, Allustan uses a teleport scroll, and he has scrying in his spellbook. Possibly, he could be watching the group via scrying, and pop in to save them using teleport and maybe a teleport to get out of there...

    Flightless Kenku?

I had the book out the other night to review the 1E Kenku (due to another thread), and I remember their move as 6" / 18 ".

The most unexpected (or strangest) place you've seen Dragon or Dungeon magazine

In both Australia and New Zealand, it's become rare to see RPG materials outside of specialist shops (typically game or game/comic shops). I have however seen Dragon on the news stand from time to time. It's very ... odd to see the magazine in places that would never stock any books.

Magic Item Compendium - Missing Gauntlets?

Am I missing something, or are there some gauntlets missing descriptions in the Magic Item Compendium? In the weapons section, there are illustrations for both a 'Gauntlet of Gruumsh' and ' Storm Gauntlets' ... but there's no accompanying text, nor is there a mention in the armour section...

Cleric & Druid spells sorted by school?

DragonDex is wonderful if you know the title of the article - but if the title isn't clear or you don't know the title of the article, it can be difficult to find what you're looking for.

Behold the mighty... Tim Ram! (and other stupid names)

I wouldn't be able to not make the joke - 'Tim Tam the fighter' ? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tim_Tam for those who don't recognise the name)

Does your RPGShop ship to Australia?

Napoleon's was somewhat disappointing the last time I was there. Besides Napoleon's there are at least two other stores in central Sydney - Games Paradise (www.gamesparadise.com.au I think) and the Tin Soldier. They're in the phonebook.

Andy Collins: "Most Magic Items in D&D Are Awful"

I'm surprised that the big six is missing bags of holding or other such devices. They seem to be amid the top three in my local gaming.

How do 'good' characters do 'good' deeds in your campaign?

(The New Zealander wonders WT? 'civics class' is...) I think what I was wondering was how do you differentiate the 'good deeds' that a good character does that a neutral or evil character doesn't normally do? I'm quite happy to allow the occasional act that seems the opposite of the...

How do 'good' characters do 'good' deeds in your campaign?

How do 'good' characters do 'good' deeds in your campaign? 'Evil' deeds are easy to spot - but 'good' deeds per the alignment section of the SRD seem far harder for your average 'adventurer' to achieve?

Could this be the future format of 4th Edition D&D?

UK, please don't refer to me as 'mate' when you've already referred to me as an 'elite gamer'. Of the gamers I know, the collectors among them collect both rpg books and miniatures. The miniature collectors, if we just address that group, collect and PAINT their miniatures for use in tabletop...
