Okay. The CR Calculator says it's Challenge 1/2 or 1 depending on whether it has Ambusher or not. Having advantage on a surprise attack roll hardly seems worth a doubling of the Challenge Rating, so I'm inclined to make it a CR 1/2 ambusher.

If you want to share a zip on Enworld, I found the easiest way is to add the file on D&D 3E/3.5 Resources. I'd recommend making sure everything is SRD-compliant before posting it, since Wizard's of the Coast's Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil (2001) is copyrighted.
