I heard about the dice and t-shirts, but don't see them anywhere on the TSR3 site. Were they removed? Did they realize the images they used were copyright (belonging to WotC) and not trademarks?

Yeah, based on the KS, there were only 77 backers, so it probably didn't get a lot of attention then. Possibly another failing of Dinehart to get the word out. But now that they've hitched their wagon to TSR3 (or possibly vice-versa) and the following fiasco, alot more people are aware of it...

Per the last update on the KS in early June, it says the special boxed edition of the game ships at the end of next week. So, we'll see. But that's only 100 copies. There are also PDF and Basic Box pledge levels, but I don't see that those have been fulfilled yet, or if a future delivery date...

Ah, that tweet was already thoroughly refuted in one of the other threads. I guess either Jim or the Giant Lands account (not sure who's posting for them) then refined their criteria ("but see, ours is set on Earth!") to no avail.
