    Demilich peeve

Yeah, that +6 Dex isn't the same level of threat as, say, Trap the Soul, or any of the other spells he's got. But it does argue that more than just the spells listed as exemptions to Magic Immunity can be used to affect the demilich.

Effects of aging vs youth-restoring magic

I'd use the same or similar rules for the Monk's Timeless Body. Since bonuses still accrue, I would think that being made younger would only affect the character physically, so I'd let them keep the bonuses, reduce the physical penalties to whatever point they've been de-aged to.

Was the 'Mithral Fullplate/Heavy Armor Optimization Feat' questions ever settled?

The SRD says Mithral Full Plate of Speed is considered Medium Armor, so I'd say they probably don't technically stack. Mithral Full Plate of Speed is not the exact same thing, but nothing in the description says or implies that it's medium armorness comes from anything other than being made of...

    Careers?

I like careers if only to keep the characters from being something other than criminal thugs. Especially if the world doesn't have the standard conceit of "Adventurer" as a career path. Otherwise, you kill people and take their stuff for a living. In practice, they seem to show up as...

    Static.

Just as the pickiest of nit picks, if it's a current, then it is, by definition, not static.

    Demilich peeve

Would magical immunity affect his equipment as well? Gloves of dexterity, or a headband of intellect, for example?

Going to church? Don't forget your sawed-off shotgun!

Yeah. In a Call of Cthulu game, if someone asked me why I carried a weapon into a church, my answer would be "Because it's a Call of Cthulu game." If I were living in a world with those kinds of monsters, I'd carry a grenade launcher to go grocery shopping. I'd bring nightvision goggles to...

    Magical items for children?

I was going to suggest a ring of prestidigitation, if only because it can make them clean without having to fight with them over washing their hands/bathing.

Tristalt - What would you build?

I'd go Sorceror//Paladin//Rogue. Skills, BAB, casting, you'll get a lot of use out of Cha, though suffer a bit of MAD from needing pretty much anything but int.

I'm not sure I buy the Fullblade

Do you allow full range of arrows indoors, no matter what the height of the ceiling is? How about a blast of fire that does massive damage instantly, but no matter what it was used on, doesn't cause any fires to start that would do damage later? Are you being too finicky? Not necessarily...

    Line of Sight and mirrors

If the target is invisible, yeah.

    Line of Sight and mirrors

It's Line of SIGHT so yeah, I'd allow it. Same as if he were fey stepping through a wall with a window in it. I'm not sure how it would be terribly unbalancing, especially if he needs to hold the mirror in his hand, it'd be much the same as if he just poked his head around the corner to see...

    Ideas for other Planes?

If you want to have alignment planes, I think it depends on if you want the creatures living there to have imposed their views on the land, or were the planes already like that, and it attracted the creatures with relevant alignments there? Does the evil overlord pave over the plane and create...

Would this break a fantasy setting for you?

Most "modern" names aren't all that modern anyways. Unless a character is named something like IPod McFighterjet, odds are there's going to be at least several hundred years of precedent for that name. Shakespeare was writing about King "Harry" over 400 years ago. Daniel, Michael, Matthew...

Ominous things found in an abandoned (?) dragon's lair

An assortment of humanoid and other intelligent creatures' body parts, arranged by type for use in casting spells. A large stone pillar that looks like it'd been scraped by adamantine spoons, where Gax would rub against it like a scratching post, and the scales would wear the stone away.

    The Lich: Pros And Cons

Pro: You will never want for followers, people to study under you or just hang out in your awesome presence. Con: You'll have to deal with people who want to hang out with Liches.

    Soft Metals Hardness

Well, " Alchemical silver has 10 hit points per inch of thickness and hardness 8. " from the SRD. A homebrew for bronze I found says that bronze as -2 hardness and .75 hp of steel, or 8 hardness and 22.5 hp per inch. But that's not authoritative.

Bad guys take the PCs alive?

I don't see why an NPC can't do the same to a PC. And my reading is that there's no death saves needed/made, just that the PCs wind up "taking a short rest" and regain conciousness when it's dramatically appropriate.

metal that passes through its first victom

It almost sounds like a very confused interpretation of the Brilliant Energy enhancement.
